- Conduct regular inspection of fire protection and prevention equipment.
- Conducts regular inspection of all PPEs and ensures that all items are in good condition to optimize the protection that the said PPEs offer.
- Inspects all barracks, canteen, warehouse, and other temfacils, ensures that checklists are completed, and appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepares Safety Observation Reports and provides recommendations and guidelines on how to comply, based on existing legal and company standards.
- Participates in daily SMBWA, as scheduled.
- Participates in providing appropriate notification, investigation, reporting, and recording of facts in case of EHS-related incidents.
- Monitors housekeeping.
- Prepares Safety Violation Notice for all observed safety violations. Apprehends subcontractors and cooperates with violators and prepares safety violation notices to enforce corresponding sanctions and penalties for all observed nonconformances.
- Monitoring and safekeeping safety signage, and other safety materials.
- Acts as a member of the EHS committee.
- Assists and performs the assigned duties as a member of the Emergency Brigade Team (EBT).
- Investigated incidents, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Conducted safety training and education to employees to increase awareness of safety hazards and empower employees to work safely.
- Developed and implemented safety policies and procedures to establish clear guidelines for safe work practices and comply with regulations.
