Tasked to bring in new logos in countries such as Malaysia and Vietnam.

Closed the calendar year with a 99% achievement of my $1.8M New bookings numbers and 104%+ achievement of my $7M Total Business Revenue numbers.

Acted primarily as a hunter Sales Manager in my early years with Syniverse. I was given the Philippines and Thailand to manage and was quickly able to gain traction in Thailand and win several key projects with True Move and DTAC.
In the Philippines, because of my more than 20 years Telecom Sales exposure there, I was able to sell Syniverse’s Mobile Policy & Charging Solution to both Globe Telecom and Smart Communications in 2016 (for Globe) and 2018 (for Smart). The Philippines is one of only several countries in Asia that have full MPCC coverage.
Was able to turn around a Termination of the FCH/DCH service in Smart Communications and get them to sign a new, three (3) year renewal. This was after Syniverse had acquired MACH who had previously sold the FCH/DCH service to Smart. Smart was not happy with MACH’s support and sent out a termination notice. I was able to convince Smart to stay on and continue the service with Syniverse after promising that they would get better support from the Account Team and the backend Clearing team of Syniverse moving forward.

Closed Intel Account in early 1999. During this period, Intel was developed into a Global account and helped to transition into ordering directly from Cisco.
Awarded as AM of the year for the Philippines in 1999. Exceeded quota and hit my stretch goal for this year.
Developed Globe Telecom from a $0 revenue account into a $1.0M revenue account in 1999.
Awarded as AM of the year for the Philippines in year 2000.
Closed the MSDDN (Multi Services Digital Data Network, ATM-FR) Globe Telecom project in year 2000. Project amount was $3.5M.
Closed the RAS project in Globe Telecom in year 2000 as well. Total Project cost was $1.0M.
Closed the VoATM project in Globe in mid-2001. Total project cost was $12M over two years.
Awarded as AM of the year for the Philippines in year 2001. Total sales for that year was a little over $7.0M.
