Setting up an automated control system for regulating pipes

Assembled and secured pipes,tubes, fittings and related equipment according to specification by welding brazing cementing, and treading joints

Attach pipes to wall, structures and fixtures such as radiators or tanks using brackets clamps tools, or welding equipment.

Inspecting examine and testing installed systems and pipelines using pressure gauge hydrostatic testing observation or other methods.

· Measured and marked pipes for cutting and threading.

· Lay out full-scale drawing of pipe system support and other related equipment following pipe plan pipe system layout installation or repair according to specifications.

Select pipe sizes and types and related materials such as support hangers and hydraulic cylinder according to specifications

Cut and bore holes in structures such as bulkheads decks walls and main before pipe installation according to specification

Clean and maintain pipe system unit fittings and related machines and equipments following specifications and using hand and power tools
