Responsible for the distribution of parcels to all of the branches of Flash from Cebu to Mindanao area. Ensure low/minimal lost counts and operational mistakes. Handling 60 People in the hub responsible for Inbounding, sorting and dispatching. Conducts daily planning and implement strategies to expidiet processes especailly in the OND seasons.

This is a Mangerial positon where I have to manage the warehouse handling 150 personnels including Riders and Drivers and Backroom staffs doing daily warehouse operations. Ensuring All KPI meet daily from the performance of the Wahouse down to the SR rate of riders. 100% ensure also that we dont have lost parcels and daily it will be all out dispatch.

Supervise the hub daily operations, handling 80 personnels including drivers and riders. Ensure KPI daily will be met and giving good grades to the management. Cobdcuts daily huddle and strategic plan on how to solve daily problems in the hub operations.

My job description was to dispatch all stocks stored in our DC intended for Regional branches Visayas and Mindanao.Handling trucking and 100 people. Overseing all kpi meet with cost efficient. Receiving Container vans from China.
