I am a goal oriented professional with a penchant for success. Taking up a course in health care, in the University, I learned a lot which has helped me in my daily life. Serving has always been a part of me and when I discovered customer service, I realized that it was something I was born to do.

I always try to improve on my skills, and with this mindset, I have been able to take up courses in Data Administration, Project Management, Expert Customer Service, so as to be the best in what I do. I am a people person, I try to look at the positives in every situation and I make sure the customer leaves every conversation extremely satisfied or with the right expectations set.
