• Technical Coordination: Work with IT/AV specialists to meet technical requirements.
• Preparation & Guidance: Provide clients and stakeholders with technical readiness support.
• Session Management: Set up Interprefy sessions tailored to event needs.
• Interpreter Coordination: Source interpreters or arrange training with specialists.
• AI Integration: Develop glossaries to improve AI translation accuracy.
• Technical Testing: Conduct pre-event system tests.
• Dry Runs: Organize practice sessions for interpreters.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all elements are in place for a seamless event.

• Manage website and various social media platforms
• Handles the content planning & curation, and build social media marketing strategy (Facebook, YouTube & TikTok)
