Responsible for the supervision of Pharmacy regulations which includes professional service, regulatory compliance and Good Pharmacy Practice

Accountable in monitoring sales performance (health division) and pharmacy profitability

Ensuring implementations in the execution of company policies and regulations when dealing with the customers and or patient also in regulatory requirements

Counselling patient/customers, helping to understand the proper use of medication, assisting their choice of non-prescription drugs, and advising them for the potency and storage of the medicines

Responsible for monitoring products including expiration dates as to FIFO (first in-first out) or FEFO (first expiry-first out)

Provides drug information as necessary to the pharmacy, medical and nursing staff

Double checking of prescriptions to make sure there are no errors, as they are appropriate and safe for the individual patient/customers

Provide advice on the dosage of medicines, the most appropriate form of medication (for example: tablet, injections, ointments especially the storage and stabilities)
