Overall operation of the shift, ensuring the targets, safety, quality and manpower are properly managed.

Inbound / Receiving verify the actual deliveries vs Delivery Receipt and Purchase Order such as quantity and expiry batch / lot no.

Outbound Dispatching check picked items delivery order also the expiry date indicated in the items.

Inventory and Documentation ensure all documents are complete signed and filled, monitor expiration First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) first in First out (FIFO)

Safety and Quantity ensure proper handling, and to report any incident.

Coordination cooridnate with warehouse driver, helper and QA and office. Advise if there is discrepancy to stop wrong dispatch.

• Responsible for monitoring all customer and employee ( direct and ageny ) movements in the store through Losed Circuit Television ( CCTV ), ensuring appropriate responses are initiated as defined in the department's standard operating procedures.

• Case Investigation and Tracing / Covid 19 cases
• Monitoring and follow up
• Coordinate to Department of Interior and Local Government of the cases, and any updates
• Health Education and Coordination
• Safety

• Follow rules and regulations of the client for securing mall premises.

• Monitoring in contruction site in BGC
• Report unnecessary incidents
• Follow rules and regulations coming from Engineer and Safety of the site
• Fully implement to the area, to prevent accidents
