• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
• Ensure that operational processes, tools, and methods standards are consistently and strictly implemented

• Monitors and evaluates performance of LFs through daily/periodic observations and tracking on previously identified components and competencies, and others

• Responsible of implementing the school policies on student discipline as contained in the Student Handbook
• Handles serious violation of rules reported by the advisers
• Informs and discusses with parents disciplinary problems of their children
• Makes investigations, consultations and decisions regarding cases of students with disciplinary problems
