Being part of the basketball and volleyball clique in high school helped me learned the intrapersonal and social communication skills I use today. As a child playing basketball and volleyball was my favorite activity or hobby. It's also the way I met a lot of my good friends that I have now. All my close friends I have met. I have met them through playing basketball  and volleyball. Not only has basketball and volleyball help me gain friends, but also taught me a lot about life. Theres are many aspects of life that coincide basketball and volleyball. For instance basketball and volleyball is a team game and an individual game. Like in life you have to work together with other people. And playing basketball and volleyball gives me self-confidence and increasing overall self-esteem.
