Started my career in Medical Technology, July1977, as generalist second shift. Worked all departments and front office registration of patients. I have done years of phlebotomy. My main interest is Microbiology and Hematology. I have been supervisor of Hematology and held supervisor positions as needed in Blood bank and Microbiology. I have worked all shifts and left the Main Hospital for an off-site position that did not include Microbiology or Blood bank. We serviced Oncology, ER, and outpatient specimens. When working off-site the workflow and fixing instrumentation become a delicate balance to ensure timely and accurate results. I have found a balance between communication and accuracy results best when working off site.

Highly motivated Medical Technologist with a bachelor’s degree of Medical technology and has an internship experience in performing routine tests. Offering exceptional skills in performing and reporting clinical laboratory assays with precision and accuracy in keeping with established policies and procedures in this reputable institution where, I can perform my duties and responsibilities with an assured quality and efficiency in every word and actions.

I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology at Holy Name University, Tagbilaran City, Bohol and recently passed the August 2022 Medical Technology Licensure Examination. Demonstrated to perform laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing, monitoring, treating and preventing disease. Consistently employs methodical approaches to analyze results, establish procedures and specialized instruments for accurate and precise testing.
