• Monitoring and receiving requests for Cash & Salary Advances plus preparation and validation of liquidation summaries
• Preparation of Car Plan and Salary Loan schedules (per cut-off)
• Preparing Journal Voucher for the liquidations
• Checking and monitoring clearance of resigned employees
• Checking GA Cert
• Assisting in Booking of Official Receipts
• Receiving / Monitoring of Liquidation
• Actively participate in quarterly and year-end close process

• Accounting Section
• Updating Due to/from Affiliates transactions
• Ensures that transactions have been properly recognized in the company’s books of accounts
• Preparation of AP vouchers for final pay transactions and Cash advances
• Review released and unreleased checks
• Collaborates and engaged with Accounting in investigation and resolution of payment-related issues
• Treasury Section
• Supplier Accounts and Bank Loans Reconciliation
• Cash flow report
• Handling petty cash funds
• Update the daily cash position
• Monitors day-to-day bank transactions
• Authorize funding approval in the bank
• Facilitates refund of cancelled and unserved flights
• Handle queries and request of financial documents
