Bookkeeper functions

• Processing and creating a loan in the system
• Data entry into computer systems with accounting entry journals
• Communicate directly via phone or email of each application to our liaison
• Ordering supplies, storing inventory and upload to property plan and equipment
• Calculate client’s maximum borrowing capacity, printing application forms and validating to ensure approval of request
• Maintained and process invoices, deposits, and fund transfers
• Prepare detailed expense of branch for liquidation
• Ensuring accuracy in recording all transactions
• Submit daily releases and month end financial reports

Technical & Support Department

• Encoding records, handling administrative and clerical tasks
• Designing furniture and interior design using autoCAD
• Maintain efficient workflow and managing communication
