• Onboarding and approval of new customers
• Drive escalation of customer issues, coordinate key resources in the escalation process, and assist with customer issues through resolution
• Solves complex issues may involve interpreting the needs of the customer, determining the solution to the problem and assessing any downstream impact.
• Provides ad-hoc support in responding to customer queries regarding order management thru customer service team; port in(MNP issues) and courier partners.
• May act as a subject matter expert and provide work direction to resolve an escalated customer inquiry.
• Works closely with third party partners in Australia
• Coordinates with other teams such as testing, customer service, marketing, and engineering.
• Trains new hires and ensures that they have sufficient knowledge and skills before going live or performing their work alone / independently.
• Works tickets from oldest to newest and follows up with customers, as necessary.
• Utilizes appropriate systems, update ticket categories and relevant customer data to confirm and track product and subscription accuracy and interactions each customer has with our contact center.
