Leadership Experience

Back in 2016 - 2019, I was an Operations Manager for one of the known centers here in General Santos City, where a few of my responsibilities are to coordinate with clients, get into meetings and handling operations for 6 campaigns. The center started out in a home based setting, where we had about 5 - 10 agents. Upon my hiring, we were able to change that from home based to a building office, from 5 - 10 agents to 60 - 80 agents in total.
