RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation
1. Prepares payroll 15th to 20th of the month and 30th/31st of the month
2. Generates attendance logs (Biometrics)
3. Handle timekeeping for back office employees
4. Checks KPI record submitted by each Department every 2nd cut off
5. Updates tax report every after payroll
Benefits
1. Process the approved requests of employees in relation with their Certificates such as:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handle end to end process of Payroll administration from timekeeping to bank payout report of
his/her assigned client
2. Prepares Monthly statutory (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) reports for government payment and uploading
3. Provides assistance in government & Company Benefits administration from enrollment to
exclusion to the assigned client.
4. Provides manpower billing reports and assist in provision of compliance reports for collection
purposes or as requested by the department or any other parties.
5. Provides personnel statutory certifications & other employment certifications as requested by
his/ her client.
6. Monitors and safe-keep employee 201 records, movement, records of separation, Leave of
absences, suspension or any other related compensation and benefits.
7. Assist in research of Labor market compensation packages to align compensation and benefits
strategy to business goals and strategies.
8. Ensures that compensation guidelines, manuals and practices are in compliance with current
laws and regulations.
9. Conducts and present periodic audit report.
10. Handles Final pay for Offboarding of separated employee
Responsibilities:
RECRUITMENT AND OTHER ADMIN TASKS
1. Responsible for end to end recruitment of Skilled Positions and other positions as needed.
2. Prepares and consolidates 201 files of employees.
3. Orient employees regarding employer’s background and the rules and regulations of the company
( Employee Orientation )
4. Conducts Employment verification.
5. Prepares and updates manning reports.
PAYROLL
1. Prepares Weekly and 15

/end of month payroll Pool and Non – Pool employees.
2. Answers inquire related to payroll.
3. Prepares contracts, quitclaims and payslips of employees
