• Maintains a proactive and firm business stance in relation to industry competition, market conditions, and other external factors so threats are addressed, and strengths and opportunities are maximized
• Builds stickier relationships with existing customers thru regular visits and reviews of their financial condition in order to maximize and expand business prospects
• Establishes strong synergy with partner units/groups thru active and collaborative undertaking resulting in successful cross-sells
• Employs accurate profiling of prospects thru objective assessment of their financial status and capabilities so we may properly address clients’ needs and be able to maximize their potential
• Solicits new to bank customers by effectively presenting the bank’s products and services as solutions to clients’ needs, thereby substantially improving the customer base

• Responsible in generating customer leads for the branch.

• Responsible for setting up sales meeting with prospective clients and be able to handle objections and deliver value proposition.

• Understanding customer needs and create value generating financial advice for customer.

• Responsible for promoting awareness of Security Bank among prospective clients of the bank by educating individuals on bank products and services

• Ensures usage of the product and conduct follow –ups to develop basic relationship with the customer.

• Manages customer portfolio and fosters good business relationship with its newly acquired accounts.

• Coordinates effort with other units of the bank for efficient service delivery and maintains harmonious working relationship with other units as well as with external entities regarding any matter affecting the operations of the branch.

• Assumes other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Acts as universal operations support officer of the branches within the area.

Acts as manpower pool in filling in temporary vacancies of officers in branches.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs duties and responsibilities of Teller / Customer Advisor / Branch Service Officer / Branch Channel Manager depending on need of branch within a specified period
• Ensures that all tasks are being carried out are in accordance to the bank’s service standards and procedures
• Assumes other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Acts as universal operations support of the branches within the area.
