•Prepare all necessary documents for work completion certificate and billing.

•Use AutoCAD with geographical map to produce accurate and detailed schematics and layouts.

•Prepare and review design documentation including layout plans, cross-sections, and installation details.

•Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies.

•Provide technical support during project implementation, including responding to design-related queries and issues.

•Participate in project meetings and provide updates on design progress and challenges.

•Prepare and submit reports, including design summaries, project status updates, and post-project evaluations.

•Maintain comprehensive records of design changes, project modifications, and design decisions.

•Prepare and design a theme for the event reception requested by the client

•Oversee the setup of dining areas, including table settings, linens, and decorations, according to event specifications.

•Ensure that all equipment, utensils, and supplies are clean, in good condition, and properly arranged before guests arrive.

•Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff during events, ensuring they adhere to service standards and procedures.
