- Oversaw daily operations for 70 civilian and 20 military personnel in maintaining $10 billion joint Air Force and Army real property infrastructure and equipment.

- Successfully led the unit's Commander's Inspection Program through the use of the Management Internal Control Toolset software and the Inspector General Management System. Also acted as part of a Wing Inspection Team, fostering unit effectiveness and readiness.

- Administered the unit's $1.5 million IT and telecommunications equipment, which includes two geographically separate Secret Internet Protocol Router Networks.

- Oversaw 100 civilian personnel maintaining water, wastewater, and fuels systems infrastructure, including interior/exterior plumbing, fire suppression, evaporation ponds, and War Reserve Materiel.

- Managed $1 billion in U.S. and host-nation real property, including remote Life Support Areas located in two geographically separated, Co-located Operating Bases.

- Served as a Contracting Officer’s Representative, liaising between the government and the contractor for a $390 million Base Maintenance Contract.

- Led the unit's safety program for over 365 days without incident, and ran the $10 million, 80+ vehicle fleet program.

- Supervised the support and bed-down of follow-on deployed units on-site and in remote, austere locations.
