3. Manage the acceptance of bookings and ensure to maximize the fulfillment of Basic Slot Allocation (BSA) on each vessel.
4. Sending of reports to YM Transhipment Port Office and forecasts /final booking figures of mainliners to YMHQ.
5. Responsible for sending reimbursable invoices to customers for charges such as missing male plugs, repair fees, equipment rental costs, chassis rental, etc.
