• Responsible for answering the electronic referrals from various referring agencies/hospitals which are sent to the Out-Patient Department;
• Relaying of information back to the referring agencies must be verified by the OPD Physician on Duty;
• Assists OPD Physician on patient's records and taking some patient's history and assessment
• In charge of storing and organizing the accomplished electronics referrals at the Out-Patient Department. The printed forms shall be categorized according to respective referring agencies/hospitals;
• Responsible for handing out and retrieving OPD customer feedback form from patients and their relatives;
