I work as a Butcher for almost 3 years now, and I would like to apply for any vacant position in your prestigious company, that fits my capabilities. I attended seminars relating to butchering/ meat cutting or deboning and as well as food safety and emergency first aid training. I am very willing to work to your company because I know that I have the type of knowledge to to succeed in this is role and at the company where people are very hands on to and open to one another in order for them to help me achieved my dreams life. Duties and Responsibilities:
- To perform butchering/meat cutting in the meat shop particulary;
PIG AND CATTLE:
A. Completing primal cutting on pork and beef
B. Cuts, Trims, Bones, Ties and Grind Meats using butcher’s cutlery and powered equipment.
C. Slicing and processing product to meet specific order’s including private processing.
D. Weighs and pack meat product for individual orders.
E. Maintain clean and sanitize work and display area in the meat shop.
