Responsible for the budget preparation, quality assurance checking of Trade 9 execution and repairs. Ensures that the unit is tested and passed the required testing and commissioning prior to buyer's acceptance. Unit must be completed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications "as delivered" unit.

Details of the job

• Conducts quality assurance inspection on units during execution of Trade 9 and Buyer's Contact Report (BCR) repair.
• Prepares budget and Notice to proceed (NTP) of qualified accounts.
• Monitors progress and execution of Trade 9 contract and resources of contractors (actual manpower and cash flow).
• Implements 100% internal testing of qualified accounts prior to completion of unit based on commitment date.
• Regularly updates and submit the status and accomplishment report.
• Documentation and other work related completion of BCR units.
• Conducts regular inventory of contractor's warehouse.
• Witnesses testing and commissioning with QC Test Engineer and contractor. Ensure that all findings must repair on time prior to completion date.
• Ensure 100% clean-up of qualified accounts and on time turn-over of units to APMO/Security Department including complete set of keys.

Budget Estimator – Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• On time inspection of new qualified units, at least 7days after CFI date received.
• On time budget creation for new qualified accounts. Created budget at least 16 calendar days.
• Monthly review and analysis of Move-In materials.

• Preparing cost estimates for the whole construction project (2-storey residential house & school building).
• Validation and monitoring of actual repair based on approved plans.
• Supervised and monitoring of manpower daily.
