KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Handle customer feedbacks and complaints and reports to General manager accordingly for review and resolution.
* Control inventory, order stock and ensure all products are received in correct unit count and conditions.
*Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
*Ensure that employees maintain the company policy and standard operating procedures.
*Manage employee schedules.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/ or related services.
* Contact and secure new business accounts/ customers.
* Promote/ Sell/ Secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship- based approach.
* Demonstrate products and services to existing/ potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
* Maintain a customer service-oriented operation conveying the company policies and image to the customers.
