DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that all photography services areas are properly manned.

• Making team’s schedule as well as oversee employee breaks.

• Recommend feasible solutions for enhancing Photography Services Performance and execute plans.

• Come up with ideas to increase photography services revenue.

• Maintain accurate inventory of stocks and products as well as create Purchase orders for replenishment.

• Perform with Guest Operations Manager to estimate inventory needs on basis of lean and peak.

• Coordinate and supervise training of entire Photography Services Employees.

• Monitor all area of responsibilities likewise ensuring that operations run smoothly
