Responsibilities include:

• Team management - assign tasks to team members, make sure deadlines are met, the team is not over loaded and address requirement issues encountered.
• Program review - ensure programs submitted produce favorable results based on requirements.

Project involvement:

• Conversion of Citibank customer accounts - design the development of programs to address specific requirements of each country buyer, ensure buyers will be able to incorporate Citi data to their respective system, lead a team of developers to generate applications to ensure a smooth transition, testing support in production environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing project requirements - collaborate with business users to fully understand user requirements.
• Application design - formulate software design to cater to the project requirements using minimum effort.
• Directing test cases - work with application testers to generate test cases to execute the changes in test environment.
• Software development and unit testing - based on the agreed design, develop program to meet the desired results, do unit testing and implementation.
• Testing support - monitor end-to-end testing of developed program, rectify any issues encountered.
• Implementation support - make sure all components are ready for implementation
• Production support - provide solution in the most effective and efficient way possible.

Project involvement:

• Project Rainbow (Go to Common V3) - creation of COBOL/CICS programs for base and country specific functions to handle the requirements of all participating countries, support Impacs, local tax and US tax applications, UAT and production batch support , analysis, development testing and simulation, creation of batch jobs and reports, functional support in 3270.
• Basic Banking System for Hong Kong - creation of COBOl/CICS programs for BBS HK (salary system used by external party with Citi accounts) , UAT and production batch support , analysis, development testing and simulation, creation of batch jobs and reports, functional support in 3270
• Batch and Online maintenance and support

Responsibilities include:

• Program development - developed custom solutions for clients based on their unique business requirements and objectives.
• Systems testing, user and audit acceptance , systems implementation, maintenance and operation support

Project involvement:

• BPI Payment System - an in-house online and batch system that provides maintenance facility for payment enrollees, merchants, products of merchants and payment platforms. It also generates interfaces to different banking applications and downloads to different merchants to reflect consolidated payment transactions coming from different bank platforms.
• Branch consolidation - a project to consolidated all existing accounts of branches for consolidation into newly assigned accounts of absorbing BPI branches
• Creation of online validation modules used by Teller system for enrollment validation - maintenance, revision and creation of online (CICS) programs based on validation module algorithms specified by user for verification of reference numbers.
• Batch and Online maintenance and support
