As President, I was responsible for overseeing the company's general management, problem-solving, new business opportunities, and marketing efforts. In addition, I managed the subsidiary Dream Homes Subdivision, which involved coordinating with the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pagibig) for development loans and finding new properties for expansion.

During my tenure, I was able to save the company from foreclosure with Pagibig by fully settling the original 27 million development loan (DDLP) and the 32 million buyback obligation. I also negotiated and settled all pending BIR obligations regarding the properties, clearing out all outstanding financial and technical liabilities.

In addition to these accomplishments, I hired new staff to manage the development and village association, oversaw marketing efforts and construction, and handled all purchasing requirements.
