Hired to develop Training Manuals and Modules on Power Plant Operations for the newly 70 hired Cadet Engineers particularly Circulating Fluidized Bed Coal Fired Boilers.
Conduct a series of classroom instructions and work site practical training to these 70 Cadet Engineers to acquaint them on how to efficiently operate and maintain a power plant. Trained the Cadet Engineers on the following (a) Pre-operational checks, permissive to start and operational checks (b) Proper Start-up of the plants. (c) Operate the plant under normal condition or emergency conditions and response to alarms and emergencies (d) Synchronizing and loading (e) Shutdown and Cooling down(f) Partial plant operation, peak operation and plant lay- up.
