We do ecommerce under the brand name Foodsource PH (www.foodsource.ph) where we manage a Shopify based website as well as dropshipping with platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. We manage an average of 200-300 SKUs at a time from over 50 brands.

My main role was to handle business development as I was the key decision maker in making the business profitable. I'm also very hands on with our marketing as well as curating the quality of products we accept

We developed Java Applications for the desktop environment for the Telco industry.

I was promoted to line manager because of my communication skills as my ability to motivate the team to perform.

Aside from my main management responsibilities, I was also one of the company's main hiring managers. I would coordinate with HR to filter applicants, as well as provide new hires with the initial orientation to the company.
