Key Responsibilities:

• Supervised overall site execution and manpower activities while managing project documentation, including estimates, billing, progress reports, and procurement. Ensured safety compliance and ISO audit readiness, coordinated with suppliers and subcontractors, and led administrative tasks such as recruitment and documentation. Oversaw cable stressing operations and ensured adherence to structural specifications and project standards.
