Vendor & Supplier Management
· Partner with suppliers and vendors to deliver high-quality relocation services, ensuring efficiency and a strong employee experience.
· Engage regularly with vendors to monitor case progression, resolve operational issues, and address escalations or exceptions.
· Evaluate supplier processes for compliance with Chevron policies, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
Global Mobility Operations
· Support both U.S. and international relocations, ensuring compliance with policies and smooth execution of end-to-end mobility processes.
· Coordinate new country setup for relocation services, aligning with global standards and local requirements.
· Manage relocation-related invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
Policy Expertise & Stakeholder Guidance
· Provide consultation to employees, managers, HR teams, and Expat Counselors on relocation procedures and Chevron's domestic relocation policies.
· Advise Business HR (BHR), Global Mobility Services (GMS), and vendors on policy application, ensuring consistent and compliant practices.
· Represent the relocation team in the monthly GMS Roundtable, contributing insights to global mobility strategy.
Employee Experience & Continuous Improvement
· Document outcomes and monitor customer satisfaction to enhance the assignee experience.
· Lead resolution of common relocation challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to employees and business operations.
· Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency and service delivery.
