• Quantity survey (Estimate) and prepare cost presentation for project bidding.
• Direct, monitor, inspect and ensure schedule performance and quality workmanship of internal manpower; and ensure that they provide and adhere to relevant quality documentation or records

• Industry Telecom (Permanent Power, AC Upgrade and Facility Upgrade)

• Overall in charge for electrical issues (Design and Estimate of Plan, RFA/RFI and etc.)
• Overall project management including relationship and sub-contractor management
• In charge for daily/weekly/monthly report that will be submitted by electrical construction management.

• Quantity Surveyor (MEPFS)
• Plan, implement and oversee construction efforts at specific work sites
• Plan MEPFS system interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule
• Draft and provide written reports to the Chief Construction Officer/Construction Manager, as well as other concerned departments, regarding MEPFS construction matters, construction progress, implementation and completion of MEPFS construction works
