● The Sales Associate is responsible for opening accounts, processing transactions relative to deposit accounts, and other products and services of the bank.
● Ensures delivery of excellent quality service to all clients based on the bank’s customer service standards.

● Approves/overrides withdrawals and encashment within authorized limits.
● Assigns Tellers to do the daily callback of window transactions and Abstracts of Collections.
● Supervises Tellers. Reviews workload distribution. Schedules regular rotation of assignments.

● Accepts, verifies, and posts cash and check deposits for Peso CA and SA, FCDU SA, CTD, Money Market, and Trust placements. Verifies the technicalities and acceptability of check deposits.
● Accepts, posts, and pays Peso CA and SA and FCDU SA encashments/withdrawals. Establishes the identity of the payee of check encashments or representatives stated on the withdrawal slips.
● Accepts and posts cash, checks, or debit to CA/SA accounts as initial deposits / placements, additional placements, payment for initial checkbooks, ATM card replacement fees and bank deposit certification fees.
