Molecular Testing (PCR):

• Perform DNA/RNA extraction, amplification, and detection of pathogens and viruses using qPCR-based methods.

Serological Testing:

• Conduct immunoassays (ELISA) to detect antigens and antibodies.
• Interpret serological results for infectious diseases and immune status evaluation.
• Follow quality assurance protocols for reagent preparation and test validity.

Bacteriological Testing:

• Isolate, culture, and identify bacterial species using selective/differential media, biochemical tests, and automated systems.
• Perform antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) and interpret results according to CLSI/EUCAST guidelines.
• Monitor microbial contamination in environmental and product samples.
