  • No less than 75 % of those that developed a health plan on family planning (Community Health Team Form2F) among Pantawid Pamilya households in each of the municipalities/cities in the province of Batangas will have a used modern FP methods
  • Designated providers have adequate staff trained on the necessary competencies for providing FP and facility-based delivery services; and
  • Service outlets have adequate supply of FP commodities
  • Assist the Community Health Teams and Parent Leaders in conducting the Community Assemblies and Family Development Sessions
  • Coordinate Municipal Links and Local Government partners for scheduling of assemblies, FDS, other local meetings
