Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordination with Design Consultants and orchestration of all design disciplines and special trades to ensure the submission of all deliverables, such as plans, is completed on time.
• Conducts regular, special, and emergency meetings among Team participants (Owner, Designer/Consultants, Project manager & Contractor. Special or emergency meetings are called as needed.
• Assist the Owner in securing permits and clearances as needed. Prepares master list of Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) if any, and schedule of procurement and deliveries for Long Lead time items.
• Establishing an on-site organization to carry out the Construction Management Program, developing and maintaining project policies, procedures, and organizational communication.
• Conducts/ weekly coordination meetings and monitors and follows up on all activities, commitments, and schedules to the contractors/suppliers.
• Maintains the Comprehensive Project Management Information System that provides adequate levels of detail for use at all management levels of the project (scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality control, safety programs, site condition, warehousing management, and design information status).
• Reviewing documentation for contractor claims, developing a settlement negotiation strategy, and making recommendations for settlement to the Owner.
• Organizes, coordinates, and manages the various contractors to ensure that all works and activities for the project are completed within the approved cost, time, and schedule, and quality.
• Oversees proper scheduling protection, proper control in the use of work on Owner-furnished materials, and reports on actual usage thereof.
• Develops Overall labor relations with the Contractors, Vendors, Government inspectors, Local Community, as well as the Owner and PTG members during the duration of the construction of the Project.
• Assist the owner in resolving conflicts related to technical problems caused by unforeseen contingencies and expediencies. Verifies, evaluates, and recommends for approval by the Owner
• Monitors/final checking of progress and final billings, final evaluation of variation orders (additive, deductive). Review all the billings, scope of works, and reconcile quantities if actually done.
• Monitoring/guiding the contractor/Owner to acquire all government clearances, such as Occupancy permit, Certificate of Electrical Inspection, Fire & Safety Inspection Certificate, Permit to Operate (DENR), Certificate of Completion, Audit Checklist, Fire Insurance (Owner), and Housing Authority.
• Coordinates/schedules all testing and commissioning of equipment, acceptance to the building managers, and Orientations (Operation and maintenance).
• Coordinates all activities leading to the final acceptance of the Project by the Owners or Unit Buyers.
• Issue Certificate of Completion and/or Acceptance in accordance with the approved procedure of the Owner.
• Prepares Final Close-Out Report and Final Project Account report with observations and recommendations on the contractual, technical, and Contract time performance of the contractors and trade contractors.

Project undertaken as SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER (4 YEARS)

• January 2016 – March 2016 Paseo de Roces Tower A (Client: Federal Land Inc)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily Site Supervision. Oversee the progress and workmanship of civil works, ensuring that they conform to plans and specifications
• Maintains and updates work schedules, plans, and monitors the project's progress and activities
• Prepares weekly progress reports
• Coordinates with MEFPS to ensure proper work interfacing

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily Site Supervision. Oversee the progress and workmanship of civil works, ensuring that they conform to plans and specifications
• Prepares weekly accomplishment reports and presentations
• Prepares sections, profile, and inverted elevation of road section diagram.
• Attending weekly design and construction meeting. Prepares shop drawings for approval by designers
• Assigned to establish reference elevations, implement plans, establish working elevations, and check reference lines
• In charge of the deployment of manpower, materials, and equipment. Prepares cost proposals on variation orders. Prepares Progress Billings.

Project:

• June 2008 – July 2010 Celadon Park Tower 1 (Alveo – Ayala Land Inc), Sta. Cruz, Manila

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Estimate Materials (Concrete)
• Coordination and scheduling to batching plants (design mix, volume, pump crete mobilization.
• Conducts inspection of formworks (Lines, drops, elevation as per plan/revised, grades, and block outs
• Manpower and Equipment utilization and monitoring
• Initiates preparation of pouring schedules.
• Prepares pouring request and stripping forms and other related documents for structural works.
• Maintains and updates work schedules, testing, planning, and other informative control systems in monitoring the project's progress and activities.
