  • Handle all corporate accounts. Knowledgeable in all areas and services that our company offers (documentation & facilitation, passenger assistance, special services, terms of payment. Handles all airfare packages, daily schedules, and routing of airlines. inquiries. To gain and open new clients such as individuals, FITs, corporate, and group accounts. Performs daily telemarketing for new accounts. Assists clients with their needs: obtaining new passports, renewal of passports. Provides preparation, evaluation, and filing of application forms as needed. Coordinating hotel reservations and bookings (through an operator or our own Tours Division).
  • Handles airline reservations, including seat reservations, meal requirements, and other passenger preferences. Regular monitoring of Clientele Profile for all accounts. Plan and recommend itineraries to suit client’s travel requirements such as hotels, tours, airline choices, etc. Performs sales calls once a week. Prepares company proposal and profile for submission to prospective clients. Prepares weekly sales reports and forwards them to whoever is in charge of doing the departmental sales report. On call anytime. Mobile phones should always be available for urgent cases that need to be decided. Must be presentable enough to represent the company at all times.
