Payroll, Timekeeping and Compensation & Benefits - First point of contact for specific HR administrative matters and employee inquiries related to day-to-day payroll, timekeeping and compensation & benefits transactions
Ensure payroll completeness, accuracy and timeliness based on the standard time and record keeping system and manual attendance record system.
HR Data Management - maintenance of pre-employment/employment records in the 201 files
Employee Relations & Labor Relations - First point of contact for specific HR administrative matters and employee inquiries related to day-to-day ER & LR related transactions
Conduct employee relations concerns, including but not limited to counseling and discipline
Responsible in checking the NTE’s (Notice to Explain) and DNF’s (Disciplinary Action Notice) submitted by supervisors or managers from different departments prior to issuance to the erring employee.
Facilitate administrative hearings and investigation proceedings for Rank & File to Supervisory positions
Determine the type of disciplinary action to be imposed on certain offenses based on the Company Code of Conduct.
Facilitate exit interviews and prepare separation documents
Organizational Development - Responsible in tracking and monitoring employee movements (promotions, transfers, etc.)
Perform other administrative tasks and other duties that may be assigned from time to time by his or her immediate supervisor.
Coordinates and follow-up with Supervisors and/or Managers the performance review of their respective team members
Assists in collecting, updating, and coordinating site payroll with Payroll Manager
Provides support to site, including assisting with employee relations, conducting investigations as assigned, and maintaining employee corrective actions.
Participates in and presents Human Resources information during on-boarding for all new hire classes.
Manages site benefits, including employee safety, unemployment, LOA program support.
Promotes and is involved with organization and support of site events and assists in carrying out various human resources programs for site employees
Maintains personnel files in accordance with established legal, regulatory, and company directives.
Communicates issues to attention of HR and site leadership.
Reinforces employee relations practices to establish positive employer-employee relationship and promote high level of employee morale.
Ensures that all employee practices are consistently interpreted and applied in accordance with legal and company directives.
Addresses employee conflicts with appropriate urgency, following all corporate procedures.
Oversee exit interviews and off-boarding process and follows up on employee notices of separation with proper documentation.
Primary contact for site employees, executes Human Resources practices to support and improve daily operations and works in partnership with other 5 Philippine sites locations of HR to deliver administrative collaboration
Conducts New Hire Orientation (NHO)
Manage of Employee Data Base (HRIS) and employee records compliance (hires, employee transfers, promotions, and separations)
Process employee transfers and separations in RNET and annual performance appraisal administration
Completes reports for management as requested (PTO balances, benefits administration, etc.)
Handles statutory benefits of 5 Manila sites, Special leave benefits under Magna Carta of Women, Paternity leaves, Social Security System claims (ECC, Sickness and Maternity) and prepared documents in availing PhilHealth (Philippine Health Insurance Corporation) benefits
Document human resources records and maintains confidentiality of sensitive personal information
Responds to inquiries by answering telephone calls, in-person questions and emails
Assists the onboarding process of BIR Tax Identification Numbers new hires, creation of PIN and registration of employees’ membership to PhilHealth (ER2)
