WAREHOUSE INBOUND

*Creating an Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) so the warehouse can receive the shipment in the system.
* Investigating and communicate with Warehouse/Brand Outreach Team the missing units from the shipment.
*Reconciliation of overages and missing Units
*Informing the warehouse about items to be returned to the vendor.

WAREHOUSE OUTBOUND
*Supporting and providing an action plan for fulfillment inquiries such as:
> Returns from Customers
> Order Status
> Recommends processing of Replacement orders for damaged items, incomplete items, wrong items.

INVENTORY MONITORING AND FORECASTING

· Review the inventory trends of the company.

· Recommends allocation of inventory for all products per Business Centers.

· Monitors inventory of all items in all Business Centers daily.

· Monitors and approves the movement of items from Business Centers.

· Forecast stocks per quarter based on demand and buying budget.

· Identifies and recommends what products will appear in the Catalogue based on inventory report.

· Coordinates Orders/Inventory/Delivery between Warehouse and Business & Service Centers.

· Identifies root cause of problems and recommend solutions based on analysis of data.

· Determines causes of errors in SAP Modules (Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales & Supply Chain)

PROJECT:

· Time and Motion Study for Store Operations

· SAP S/4Hana - Sales Functional Team Lead

DEMAND PLANNING

· Forecast demand based on Sales and Marketing Promotions/Programs considering also the best average sales of the product. Comparing past 3 and past 6 months sales to get the best average.

· Set Alignment meeting with Marketing/Production/Sales to finalize the Volume per SKU.

Prepare allocation for 300+ stores

OTHERS:

· Participates in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to review the Demand and Supply.

· Improved Excel Templates for S&OP Report and Forecasting

PROJECT:

JDA Demand and Fulfillment: Business Lead for Demand Planning Side: Checking the completeness of Master Data, Checking Historical Sales, participant on User Acceptance Test

· Inventory Planning & Stocks Monitoring

· Review/Analyze Clinic Consumption

· Allocating products based on Targets

· Review/Analyze Sales Order & Delivery Schedule

· Tracking of Deliveries
