3 Spot Award commendation:
- As part of PCB manufacturing BMP items for 2021, NHO WIP depletion was succesfully completed last July 2021 through her collective efforts and team. Overall open NHOs was 922 and now down to 216 valid open NHOs.
- Outstanding support in pursuing the completion of the Legacy ADI EVB transfer despite challenges in documentation and availability of focal persons to coordinate with most notably on the HCG projects.
- In recognition for her dedicated efforts on the qualification of existing turnkey supplier who can support the test and transfer of AUDIO Evalualtion Board Models. Her excellent collaboration has yielded 90% completion of the project and gained $26.8K cost savings from 4Q21 AUDIO models with forecast.
2 Impact Awards:
BRONZE AWARD - Exemplary dedication to accommodate hardware orders for Theia probe builds. She has facilitated a total of 30 NHOs for this project and has managed to support the heavy workload of coordinating the kitting and assemblies for the components at the right time so they will be available as required by the build schedule.
BRONZE AWARD - Her significant contributions in the Theia and Selene projects, both demonstration platforms for cutting edge ADI product ADAS1280KCHIPSET. Because of her contributions, three Theia prototypes have been completed and the latest design has been successfully released to manufacturing.
