Responsible for bookings using the Resdiary, welcome /greets guests with a smile and provide comfortable seating. In-charge of providing information about the food menu, placing orders serving dishes and clearing of dirty plates. Responsible in making/mixing non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Responsible with the mise en place, ensure that all items needed in service/operation are available and in easy reach. Responsible in handling guests complaints. Responsible in processing credit card payment, accepting cash payments and making change and using a point of sales (POS) system for transactions. Adheres to all company policies and safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsible to provide a warm welcoming greeting to the guests, and to ensure that the guests dining experience is exceptional. To ensure that the guests are seated in a timely manner, and to provide a heartfelt thank you to the guests as they leave. Must possess proficient knowledge on the menu in order to explain our specials and food promotions to the guests. Must possess knowledge on the POS in order for us to print the bill when the guests asked for it. Adheres to all company safety and sanitation procedures and policies.

Responsible for providing excellent service to the guests, taking orders, serving drinks and clearing tables. Perform other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by superior from time to time. Follow all company safety and sanitation procedures.
