  • Coordinate with Regional Managers/Head as to manpower planning and facilitate the recruitment and negotiation of salary for the manpower pooling in accordance with Manpower Requisition Form, Job Description, and salary compensation package.
  • Oversee the New Employee Orientation Program of every newly hired employees, and facilitate the yearly refresher training of HR Department.
  • Responsible for Personnel Data Management (201files) and ensures that all necessary documents such as pre-employment requirements contracts and personnel movement are well documented.
  • Act as the local HR Department representative for CQM and Visa/MasterCard Audit.
  • Facilitate the employee’s performance evaluation for contractual, probationary and regular employee.
  • Ensures that all training agreement/bond is well documented for employee who was sent for external training.
  • Collect incident reports, and issues notices, memorandums and impose proper sanctions for the enforcement of employee’s discipline.
  • Responsible for handling Labor related issues and represent company in attending SENA.
  • Provide counseling both department heads and employees; instill discipline to ensure good working relationships, productive output, and compliance to good behavior.
  • Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensures policies procedures are in compliance.
  • Implement company’s Rules and Regulation and ensures that due process is duly observe.
