  • Took the initiative to automate manual tasks by building scripts that significantly reduced the manual workload, enhancing our team's efficiency and success.
  • Took initiative in automating the login process and command execution on PuTTY sessions for monitoring, expediting the setup and startup of necessary interfaces and servers for monitoring.
  • Took significant role in improving and developing the monitoring and alert system of financial institutions critical infrastructure and production servers by automating and integrating the Solarwinds Orion monitoring tool, Opsgenie Alerting System, and ServiceNow ticketing and escalation processes.
