- Site survey, inspection and preparation of proposal for Process Automation control systems; process field instruments, analytical instruments, sensors, transmitter, valve (motorized and pneumatics), DCS, PLC and BMS Building management systems, SWAS Steam water analysis systems, CEMS continuous emission monitoring systems, plant historian, DENR integration etc.

- Site survey and preparation of proposal for Auxiliaries project requirements: CCTV, PA-BGM, FDAS, CATV, Access Security managements, Telephone systems, GPS systems.

- Site survey and preparation of proposal for Mechanical project requirements: FirePro mechanical, HVAC/R.

- Detailed Engineering Design or “DED” preparation of and the actual detailed engineering designs, plans/drawings and cost estimates, supported by design analysis and calculations, brochures, catalogues, and technical specifications

- Front End Engineering Design to prepare the project approach and basis of design for the system. to develop a good project cost estimate for budget authorization. to reduce the risk of the project. to estimate the project duration and schedule during the detailed design phase.

Responsibilities;

- Develop and execute the operations projects with multiple project engineers and managers within the region including engineering, procurement, EPCM, owner’s team, and external construction management consultants.

-Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, Project
Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement,Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project(s) goals.
-Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project(s).
-Coordinate and communicate projects group as needed on major projects in the Region.
-Coordinate with regional and site management on status, significant trends and changes of approved projects.

-Establish the working relationship with operations management needed to facilitate the coordination and
execution of project work, such that the operational impact is minimized.

-Preparation of junction box termination detailing, cable schedule, instrument air schemes, hook up drawings, instrument index and bill of materials ,P&ID review and Estimation of Instrument Air etc.
-Basic understanding and familiar with onshore/offshore oil & gas industries requirements and international code standards requirements like ATEX/CENELEC, NACE, API, ASME, ANSI, IEC, ISA, and NEC for design engineering related.
