• Applied cutting-edge engineering techniques to successfully oversee projects, surpassing previous records even in challenging conditions. Notably, led the construction of Malaysia's first highest altitude cantilever sky pool and achieved an impressive 81.1% score on the Building Quality Assessment System, adding a distinctive asset to the projects.
• Collaborated closely with clients and construction professionals, including site managers, project managers, and site engineers, to manage day-to-day project activities effectively.
• Implemented Construction Assessment methodologies (BUILDQAS, CONQUAS), adhered to ISO-9001:2015 standards, and established a robust 5S System.
• Assumed responsibility for comprehensive on-site project administration, quality control engineering tasks, and post-construction activities, meticulously assessing the quality of work, building materials, and workmanship.

• Analyzed project plans and specifications to establish project schedules, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements.
• Strategically planned and monitored project execution timelines, effectively scheduling tasks to ensure timely project completion.
• Created a comprehensive project plan with detailed progress tracking, guaranteeing the adherence to project deadlines.
