Sales Support Services
• Deliver completed customer quotations and orders based on provided sales guidelines.
• Provide updated pricing information to customers upon request.
• Create new accounts and update existing accounts.
• Track backorder ETAs and communicate with customers and sales reps as required.
• Manage return shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues independently.
• Verify payment data and process card and group payments, ensuring accuracy.
• Log all sales-related errors into Odoo e.g., missing shipments, incorrect products delivered,
etc. Generate regular reports to identify patterns or trends in sales errors and advise recurring
issues.
Operational Coordination
• Assist in facilitating communications between operational teams (e.g., warehouse,
procurement, customer service) and offshore support team.
• Offer insights or recommendations regarding stock availability or shipping options.
Perform any other related tasks as mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Contractor.
