- Manages the corporate housekeeping needs of the GERI Group, including but not limited to the holding of stockholders’ and board meetings, preparation of minutes, secretary’s certificate and relevant documents, and amendment of charter documents.
- Incorporate various corporate entities (condominium corporation, estate association, stock corporations and non-stock corporations) as may be required for the business operation of the GERI Group.
- Manages the drafting, review and finalization of the various contracts of the GERI group, including but not limited to transfer documents, deed of restrictions, turn-over agreements, and service agreements.
- Manages the intellectual property rights of the GERI Group ensuring that relevant trademarks are registered in the Intellectual Property Office, including maintenance thereof.
- Issues timely legal opinion/advice on various topics affecting the GERI Group’s operations, including but not limited to interpretation of government regulations and issuances, contract issues/concerns, anti-money laundering, data protection, and consumer concerns.

Legal concerns pertain, among others, to labor, litigation, corporate, procurement, and contract review, preparation and finalization.
- Prepared and/or review supply contracts for the IBM Group both in its capacity as supplier/vendor and as client.
- Instrumental in the spin-off of the managed infrastructure services of IBMP to Kyndryl Philippines, Inc. (Kyndryl), and in the incorporation and establishment of Kyndryl, as well as in the preparation and finalization of the contact of IBMP with the Bank of the Philippine Islands after the spin-off.
- Recipient of the 4th Quarter 2021 Recognition – Country General Manager Award for successfully providing legal advice and assistance in the successful conclusion of a global deal which has a major impact in the IBM Philippine operations.
- Was the sole lawyer for IBM Philippine entities for five (5) months and single-handedly successfully attended to all legal matters of the said entities particularly with respect to client-related matters, and for which reason was recognized for Client and Partner Success Award for the 2nd Quarter of 2022, a global IBM award given to employees for their outstanding contribution to the company.

- Managed the preparation and review of the various contracts of the Group, including but not limited to procurement and supply, banking and finance, outsourcing, and information technology, as well as the standardization of commonly used contracts of the Group, as well as manage the online database of the Group’s standard contracts.
