A dynamic and self-motivated individual with hands-on experience in Hospital Pharmacy Management and talent for navigating challenges and huge changes. Brings strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to new tasks.

Known for adaptability, creativity, and results-oriented mindset. Committed to making meaningful contributions and advancing organizational goals not just in the Pharmacy Department but to the whole JBLMGH institution.

She has made the Pharmacy Department to received prestigious awards. particularly the Tripple A and Best Practice award from the Office of Strategy Management for 3 consecutive years and awards from DOH Pharmaceutical Division for outstanding performance on Antimicrobial Stewardship Program.

• Recognized by the WHO and DOH as one of the members of the Technical Working Group of Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) Program who spearheaded the national policies and guidelines on the implementation of AMS program for level III Hospitals back then in 2017 JBLMGH was among the 6 first Training Hub for AMS program to train the members of the AMS Team of different hospitals and is continuously being implemented and conducted up to this time. Initiated continuous improvement and development of the AMS program through the creation of electronic AMS -VRF Form for faster approval and efficient dispensation of Very Restricted Antimicrobials (VRAs)
• Fully implemented Clinical Pharmacy Services in JBLMGH
• Implemented the Clinical Pharmacy Services like:

- Extemporaneous Compounding and Reconstitution

of Oncology drugs

- Clinical Pharmacy Interventions to Wards

• Proper handling of biologicals/vaccines through in- house teachings and outside seminar of proper Cold Chain Management.
• Helped and performed tasks in the course of Covid vaccination as Controller/ Distribution in the Cold Chain Management, Preparation and Reconstitution of the Covid Vaccines.
• Recognized as one of the six (6) HACT Pharmacist of National Aids and STI Prevention Control Program .First to established the HIV-Treatment Hub in 2010 together with Dr Edwin Pasumbal -IDS/HACT Physician in JBLMGH recognized by the WHO and DOH as certifier to soon tobe established treatment hubs as to proper handling, inventory and good storage practices of HIV logistics and commodities.
