Assist the Chief, International Affairs and Inter-Agency Division (IAIAD) , Directorate for Plans , Philippine National Police in providing overall direction , control and supervision of IAIAD personnel by ensuring that the guidance and decisions of C, IAIAD are implemented by assigning specific responsibilities of the following function:

a.Evaluate , screen, and process applications for foreign travel to participate in international meetings , conferences, symposia, for a, and visits, and cost estimate of travel expenses , if necessary;

b. Conduct of studies on possible cooperation of the PNP with international police agencies and organization;

c. Formulate of position papers , talking points , and country reports;

d. Forge and negotiate bilateral and multilateral agreements with international police agencies and organizations;

e. Monitor the implementation of the bilateral and multilateral agreements of the PNP with international police agencies and organizations;

f. Coordinate with international police agencies and organizations,. local law enforcement and government agencies such as ASEANAPOL; INTERPOL; SCILEC-NALECC; PH-US MDB/SEB; and other international bilateral and multilateral police cooperation activities;

g. Participate to ASENAPOL ; INTERPOL; SCILEC-NALECC; PH-US MDB/SEB; and other international bilateral and multi-lateral police cooperation activities; and

h. Provide secretariat services or support to the Committee/ Technical Working Groups and other groups and committees created for inter-agency and international relations matters such as ASENAPOL, INTERPOL , PH-US MDB/SEB, SCILEC-NALECC, JCBC, JCCM, and foreign bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
