Responsible on trading dispatch & monitoring the status of the Power Plants such as Sual Coal-Fired Power Plant, San Roque Hydroelectric Power Plant, Ilijan Natural Gas Power Plant, Limay Greenfield Power Plant, Mariveles Power Plant and Masinloc Power Plant.

Manage trading dispatch and monitoring of Battery
Energy Storage System (BESS) in Reserve Market such as Masinloc, Concepcion, Limay, Lamao, San Manuel, Toledo, Kabankalan and Ubay BESS.

Prepares and submits Day Ahead and Real Time Energy Offers to WESM based on trading strategies, irrigation requirements and domestic water requirements. Submit Day-Ahead-Projection (DAP) to the power plant operations. Regularly monitors the power plants to respond and reflect actual plant conditions on bid strategies. Coordinates with the power plant personnel, NPC, NGCP-SO, WESM and DOE. Revised and cancel bids and offers of plants based on trading strategies, market condition, and WESM rules. Submit explanations together with supporting documents regarding the possible non-compliance with the RTD and/or Must Offer Rule on any of the power plant.
